Danielle Benecke is a Senior Associate in Baker McKenzie’s Global IP and Technology Practice Group, based in the firm’s Palo Alto and San Francisco offices. Danielle’s practice includes acting in IP disputes, product counseling, handling IP aspects of transactions, and managing global IP portfolios. She also advises on legal issues relating to the development and use of AI technologies. Danielle sits on the firm’s Global Digital Media & Copyright Steering Committee and is also a member of its Global R&D team, serving as an Innovation Champion. She was previously a fellow of Stanford’s Legal Design Lab and has been recognized by clients in Lawyers Weekly’s 30 Under 30 as “nothing short of spectacular” and Australasian Lawyer’s 50 Rising Stars as “having a level of sophistication beyond her years”.
