Daniel is a member of Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton’s complex litigation department. His practice focuses on representing both plaintiffs and defendants in bet-the-company litigation. Daniel’s experience includes federal receiver representation, white collar criminal defense, and assisting clients with government investigations. Daniel is a member of the Florida Bar’s Blockchain and Digital Currency Taskforce and consults on emerging technologies, with a focus on cybersecurity, blockchain, distributed ledger technologies, and smart contracts.
