Lear is a lawyer turned entrepreneurial technology executive and a legal tech advocate who connects with practice management software to create client-focused enhancements. His background is in legal fintech, business relations, and technology law. His previous work includes positions at Gravity Legal, Avvo, Microsoft, and several law firms.
Lear earned his bachelor’s degree at Brigham Young University and both his MBA and JD at Seattle University.
