Cynthia is the founder of Propel Consulting, a legal technology company, with over two decades of experience in the legal field. Prior to Propel, she was a Senior Litigation Paralegal and Acting Director of Litigation and Trial Support at a top Orange County law firm. In 2022, she was elected to the Mission Viejo City Council.
Cynthia holds an MBA from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from The George Washington University, and a paralegal certificate from UC Irvine, along with several industry certifications. She has served on the chapter boards of several industry organizations, spoken at conferences on women’s empowerment and technology, and mentored through the Orange County Paralegal Association’s mentorship program.
