Cynthia Thomas is the proprietor of PLMC & Associates, a consultancy firm specializing in law firm management. The company excels in providing expert guidance on human resources and financial/operations management, specifically tailored to the needs of small and medium-sized law firms.
Cynthia is also the Regional Manager at Offit Kurman, an AM 200 law firm located in Los Angeles California.
Cynthia co-authored the 7th edition of the American Bar Association’s best-selling book, “Law Office Policies, Procedures, and Operations Manual” (ABA 2022) sits on several committees within the ABA Law Practice Division, GP Solo as well as a member of ALA Professional Development Committee.
