2012 Co-Chair Elect for the Council of Sections and Advisor for the Executive Committee of the Small Firm & Solo Section of the State Bar, is a contributing author to the State Bar publication “Opening and Managing a Law Office”, Vol I and II and is a regular contributor to other state and local bar publications. Cynthia formerly held a District Director position for the Conference of Delegates of the State Bar of California, and is an active member of the Labor & Employment Law Sections of the State Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Cynthia was General Counsel for the Woodland Hills-Tarzana Chamber of Commerce and a trustee of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association. Cynthia also is Vice Chair Board Development of the Valley Cultural Center.
