Conni Hebert, an advanced certified paralegal, brings more than 20 years of experience as a paralegal to her work with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s corporate & business and litigation practices. In particular, Conni has extensive familiarity with Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) Plan subrogation and with civil litigation. She supports Brownstein’s litigators in every aspect of case management, from commencement of a lawsuit through the discovery and motions practice stages, to trial preparation, presentation and attendance at trial. She heads up the discovery needs in multiple cases, which includes analysis and review of electronic discovery, discovery plan strategies and deposition and witness preparation. She is well versed in advanced litigation software and has significant electronic discovery experience, including large-scale document collection, review and production. Originally from Texas, Conni has worked as a paralegal in Texas, Arizona, California and Nevada. Conni developed an interest in the legal field while serving active duty in the U.S. Air Force. She is a Desert Shield and Desert Storm veteran and received the National Defense Service Medal and the U.S. Air Force Achievement Medal for her contributions to the Gulf War mission. Conni currently serves as the chair of the State Bar of Nevada – Paralegal Division and is the NALA Liaison to the Las Vegas Valley Paralegal Association.
