Colin Rule is the president and CEO of ODR.com, a for-profit subsidiary of the American Arbitration Association the International Centre for Dispute Resolution. Rule co-founded Modria, an online dispute resolution provider. From 2003 to 2011, Rule was director of online dispute resolution for eBay and PayPal. He has worked in the dispute resolution field for more than 25 years as a mediator, trainer and consultant.
