Ciarán O’Sullivan has litigated Trusts and Estates and Civil matters in the San Francisco Bay Area since 1998. He received his undergraduate degree from University College Dublin, Dublin, Ireland, and his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. He frequently writes and presents on topics of interest to the Trusts and Estates bar. He is currently serving a six-year term on the Executive Committee of the Trust and Estates section of the California Lawyers Association (formerly the State Bar of California) (TEXCOMM). He is one of the co-authors of TEXCOMM’s Amicus Curiae Brief in favor of reversing Barefoot v. Jennings (2018) 27 Cal.App.5th 1, a much-watched case now pending before the California Supreme Court.
