Ms. Bartelt has practiced as a corporate and securities lawyer for 20 years, focusing on private market investments. She has advised investors, sponsors and entrepreneurs on capital raising activities, including private investment funds and non-fund investment vehicles. Abakos was born from her first-hand experience of the inefficiencies in the private investing process and a vision for what could be possible with developments in technology.
