Celeste Stack is a senior trial and appellate prosecutor in Cook County, Illinois. She has 20 years of experience as a supervisor investigating and litigating wrongful conviction claims, forensic genetic analyses, forensic expert testimony issues, post-conviction and capital litigation and drafted grant for an investigative unit that became Cook County’s Conviction Integrity Unit and served as its first Supervisor.
