Catherine Curtis

Catherine Curtis is an Associate Attorney at Wick Phillips. She represents clients in a broad range of insolvency and bankruptcy matters, both debtor and creditor side, in Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 proceedings, including adversary proceedings. In addition, Catherine handles litigation matters in both state and federal court, including breach of contract, fraud, and negligence, representing small businesses, mortgage servicers, large banks, and global insurance companies. Catherine has experience with mediations, settlement negotiations, and arbitrations.

Before joining the firm, Catherine practiced at Husch Blackwell, LLP, where she handled various litigation, bankruptcy, and insurance coverage matters. Outside of the firm, Catherine serves as Vice Chair of Legal Hospice of Texas, a non‐profit law firm serving terminally ill, low‐income individuals.
