Catherine Curtis brings over thirteen years of focused experience in bankruptcy law, where she applies a direct, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to complex financial issues. Serving as a Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Subchapter V trustee in the Southern District of Texas, she has represented both creditors and debtors across a range of bankruptcy cases, including Chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. In addition to her courtroom expertise, Ms. Curtis also assists clients facing economic hardship by guiding them through out-of-court workouts. An active member of the Bankruptcy Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, Ms. Curtis contributes as a council member and regularly speaks at and helps plan bankruptcy-related CLE events across the state.
