Carolyn Weber worked with the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, for 24 years. She designed, developed and implemented an Automated Document Production program for the Judiciary and the Clerks and was instrumental in the design and implementation of Case Management and Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) application for the Middle District. Carolyn also worked with the Orange County Clerk of Courts for six years at which time she designed and implemented Electronic Case Filing (ECF) for the Circuit Civil and Probate Divisions. She has her MBA in Computer Information Systems. Carolyn joined the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers in November 2012 as Program Manager to help in the design and implementation of the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal.
