Brian R. Henry is Senior Managing Counsel – Venturing and Emerging Brands and North America Competition Counsel for The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Henry is currently Program Officer for the ABA Section of Antitrust Law and previously held numerous leadership positions in that organization including Secretary and Communications Officer, Committee Officer, Council Member, Committee Officer, Chair of the Section’s Competitiveness Task Force, and Co-Chair of the Corporate Counseling Committee. He also served as Co-Chair of the Section’s Managing Antitrust Matters in the Modern Corporate Governance Era program and was project lead for the Section publication Antitrust Compliance: Perspectives and Resources for Corporate Counselors (1st edition). Prior to joining Coca-Cola in 2002, Mr. Henry was Managing Attorney, Commercial, Marketing and Antitrust Law Group for Michelin North America from 1996 through 2002; Associate and then Partner with Collier, Shannon, Rill & Scott in Washington, DC from 1993 through 1996; and Associate with Jones, Day in Washington, DC from 1989 through 1993. He served as law clerk to the Honorable Maurice B. Cohill, Jr., Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania from 1987 through 1989. Brian graduated magna cum laude from Case Law School in 1987 and is admitted to the bars of Pennsylvania and the District of Columbia.
