Brian A. Hall is the managing partner of Hall Law in Austin, part of Traverse Legal, PLC, and the founder of TraverseGC, a subscription-based General Counsel service for companies. With a focus on Intellectual Property and Internet Law, Brian represents technology companies, startups, and brand owners globally. He offers extensive expertise in advising on intellectual property acquisition, enforcement, licensing, and multimillion-dollar corporate transactions. Brian serves as outside general counsel to private and public companies, venture capital funds, and Notley Ventures, a social impact company. He also provides legal guidance to the CPG accelerator, SKU. Recognized as a Rising Star in Intellectual Property, Brian holds the highest peer rating of AV Preeminent.
Beyond his legal practice, Brian litigates cases nationwide on trademark, domain name, copyright, software trade secret, online defamation, and privacy/personal rights matters.
