Brandon Trice

Brandon Trice is a partner at Kaplan Martin LLP. Brandon is dedicated to advancing progressive causes through litigation. He was recently part of the legal team that secured a landmark settlement with Florida’s education authorities, mitigating the harmful effects of the “Don’t Say Gay” law. Brandon has also filed numerous amicus briefs, including in the Obergefell case, which affirmed same-sex marriage rights, and in cases challenging the Trump administration’s immigration-related funding conditions.
