He is board certified in civil trial law with The Florida Bar and is AV Preeminent peer-review rated* through Martindale-Hubbell, which recognizes his achievements in legal knowledge, ethics and professionalism. Bill’s skill as a child injury lawyer is evident through his Martindale-Hubbell rating, as well as through his leadership in the Florida legal community. He has been active in the James C. Adkins, Jr. Inns of Court program and sits on the Continuing Legal Education Committee of The Florida Bar. Bill believes that healthy children deserve a healthy community. He has put that belief into action by volunteering with the Three Rivers Legal Services’ evening clinic and the Ask A Lawyer program.
