Ben Sessions is a trial attorney at The Sessions Law Firm, LLC. Ben is one of only four attorneys in Georgia to be Board Certified in DUI Defense by the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD). He focuses his practice on the defense of clients charged with DUI and other drug and alcohol-related offenses. Ben has co-authored articles and participated in seminars before the NCDD and other organizations.
Ben is a Faculty member of the NCDD and he serves as the State Delegate. Ben also served as the Co-Chair for the Georgia Public Defender Standards Council’s annual DUI Trial Strategies seminar since 2014.
