Ben Dachepalli is a partner in the Tampa office of the national law firm of Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting construction-related agreements and litigating complex construction claims regarding contract disputes, construction defects, design errors, surety bonds, and construction liens.
Dachepalli is board certified by the Florida Bar in construction law. He was selected as national coordinating counsel for a large, publicly traded REIT with projects across the United States. In this role, he advised and counseled on matters that affect multi-family apartment projects across the REIT’s entire portfolio that are critical to executing the company’s strategic business goals.
As a former board member of the Construction Industry Licensing Board for Florida, Dachepalli is also experienced in licensing matters and disputes for contractors and subcontractors.
He earned his bachelor’s degree at Purdue University and his JD at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
