Annette has over 30 years’ legal experience in large law firm environments providing training, support, and project management, as well as courseware development, help desk and network management. Annette has also acted as project manager for multiple law firms’ software migrations.
Annette is PayneGroup’s lead instructor for the high level Master Series for Law Firms class as well as the lead Migration Roundtable specialist. She frequently conducts train-the-trainer sessions on Microsoft Office, document management, PayneGroup products, and other legal-specific software to an organization’s training and support personnel, as well as assists firms with their software migration needs.
