Amy Romero

Amy Romero is an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Rhode Island, focusing on enforcement of federal civil rights laws. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office in 2016, Amy represented individuals in housing and employment discrimination cases at Rhode Island Legal Services and Community Legal Aid in Worcester, Massachusetts. Amy grew up in Providence, Rhode Island, graduated from Swarthmore College and University of Pennsylvania Law School, and clerked for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
