Alison Demelis is head of Enterprise Sales Canada and has quickly become a pivotal member of the LinkedIn Family. Prior to this, Alison was part of GroupM operating in a dual role as both the Director of Marketing and the Director of New Business for MediaCom Canada. During her tenure with MediaCom, they saw a significant move from ranking #10 to #3 and she oversaw the wins for such accounts as OLG, LCBO, Sunwing and Ministry of Health and Coca Cola.
During her professional career, Alison has worked with every media discipline and has full media model fluency. Alison held the title of Director, National Sales at Cue Digital and Group Manager, The Mix – at Bell Media (formerly Astral Media) for over 10 years. This multi-channel strategy division permitted Alison a unique understanding of Digital, OOH, radio, and television to create multi-platform solutions for clients when most companies were still working in siloed environments.
Alison says that her proudest career accomplishments are when she creates partnerships and works with clients holistically to aid in the best business outcomes for their success. In her spare time Alison works with many charitable organizations and advisory boards and is the most happy when with her significant other and her kids.
