Alex C. Dell is the founding attorney of the Law Firm of Alex Dell. With offices in New York and Florida, Dell has more than 28 years of experience representing injured and disabled clients with their Workers’ Compensation, disability retirement, and Social Security disability claims. He is also an accredited Veterans Affairs attorney, representing veterans nationwide with their VA disability claims.
In 2016, Dell was inducted into the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, a nationwide organization established to honor attorneys who have distinguished themselves in the Workers’ Compensation field. He is also a contributing author to the New York Workers’ Compensation Law and Practice, published by the New York State Bar Association.
Dell is a member of the Workers’ Injury Law Group (WILG), a nationwide organization of attorneys who represent injured workers. For 10 straight years, Dell has been selected as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters. A member of the New York Bar and the Florida Bar, he is a frequent lecturer at New York Injured Worker Bar Association events and is also a member of Florida Workers’ Advocates, groups that protect the rights of injured workers throughout New York and Florida.
He earned his bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton and his JD from the City University of New York at Queens College School of Law.
He also worked as an NCAA Division 1 Hockey referee for more than 25 years.
