Alan Tse is the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary where he oversees all legal, corporate governance and regulatory affairs matters for Petco. Prior to joining Petco, he served as general counsel and an executive committee member at Churchill Downs, following a role as general counsel at LG Electronics Mobilecomm. Tse is also co-founder and a board director of the Asian American Legal Foundation, and a board director and executive committee member of the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). He earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
