Adrienne Berard

Adrienne Berard is a first-time author, fulltime journalist and winner of the J. Anthony Lukas Award for narrative journalism. She began her career as a beat reporter for her hometown paper in Northampton, Mass. Over the past decade, she has worked for national print, digital and television news outlets such as ABC 20/20 and Fox News. After graduating from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism, she served as the Writer-in-Residence at Delta State University in Mississippi. She is currently the managing editor of WYDaily in Williamsburg, Virginia, a small paper which focuses on investigative reporting on the hyper local level.
