Sandhya Kidd (Program Counsel, Office of Program Performance).
Sandhya joined LSC in 2016 as a program counsel for Pro Bono Innovation. She came to LSC from the National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) where she served as Pro Bono Coordinator. In the three years that Sandhya served at NVLSP, she worked to expand NVLSP’s pro bono and law firm partnership by creating new and exciting ways to liaise with law firms and corporate legal departments participating in pro bono programs. Other duties included assisting with client intake, screening and coordinating preliminary and substantive screening of client requests for assistance. Prior to this role, Sandhya served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Aida M. Delgado-Colón in the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico. Sandhya began her career as an Associate in the Litigation group at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York City, where she first understood the crucial need for collaboration between the private and public sectors.
