Schwinn is a professor of law from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where he teaches constitutional law, comparative constitutional law, human rights, and a specially designed legal writing class on civil rights. Steve is also founding editor-in-chief of the American Constitution Society Supreme Court Review and founding co-editor of the Constitutional Law Prof Blog.
