Stephen C. Dinkel, Esq. is an associate attorney focusing on civil litigation and insurance law at the Winger Law Firm, PC. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Mexico and a Juris Doctor from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law.
Before embarking on his legal career, Stephen worked at McCleskey Media Strategies, where he focused on numerous projects related to public policy and marketing strategy. Specifically, he worked as part of the political team for New Mexico Governor Susana Martinez, the first Latina elected governor in the history of the United States. As part of the political team, Stephen’s focus was operations, compliance, and research.
Stephen’s work on Governor Martinez’s team provided him with invaluable experience in navigating complex legal and political challenges. He played a key role in developing and executing campaign and marketing strategies, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with regulations. His experience in operations and research helped to inform the team’s decision-making processes and contributed to the successful implementation of key initiatives.
In addition to his work at McCleskey Media Strategies, Stephen has also worked as a legal extern for GSK and as a legal intern for Power Legal NM. He is a former editor/host for the Campbell Law Reporter podcast.
Stephen is dedicated to making meaningful contributions to the legal profession and working tirelessly on behalf of his clients.
Stephen is also a husband and father to a son and daughter and has two dogs, Vader and Vienna.
