Michael Lusby is a district president for Robert Half, the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm. In this role, he oversees the West and Southwest operations and business development for the company’s legal talent solutions practice, which provides attorneys, paralegals and legal support personnel for law firms and corporate legal departments.
Michael joined Robert Half in 2008 as a branch manager in Sacramento, Calif., before being promoted to regional director for Robert Half’s finance, accounting and administrative and customer support practices. Michael joined the legal group as a regional director in 2012.
With more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, Michael is a subject matter expert on career and HR trends affecting the current labor market. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, Calif.
