Celeste Stack

Celeste Stack is a senior trial and appellate prosecutor in Cook County, Illinois. She has 20 years of experience as a supervisor investigating and litigating wrongful conviction claims, forensic genetic analyses, forensic expert testimony issues, post-conviction and capital litigation and drafted grant for an investigative unit that became Cook County’s Conviction Integrity Unit and served as its first Supervisor. Since retiring from government work, has litigated and investigated various matters for Hale & Monico, LLC.
