Brad Winters has tried significant business and personal injury cases for almost 40 years and mediated over 400 cases. Before founding the Winters Law Group in 2019, Brad was a partner at Sher Corwin Winters, LLC, SNR Denton (formerly, Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal) and Thompson Coburn, LLP. In 2019, Brad was invited to become a Neutral with JAMS, the world’s largest private alternative dispute resolution provider.
Brad has had a wide-ranging career as counsel for some of the largest companies in the world, as well as for individual consumers. He has tried and served as mediator in cases ranging from complex biotech patents to simple personal injury litigation, as well as trademark, product liability, class actions, discrimination, construction, breach of trust, general commercial and business disputes of all kinds.
Brad is an AV rated attorney listed in Best Lawyers® and Super Lawyers®. He is a 2014 Distinguished Alumnus of the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
