Alisha Udhwani practices insurance defense, civil litigation and criminal law with the Law Offices of Douglas A. Capdeville in Christiansted, St. Croix.
She previously served as assistant attorney general with the Virgin Islands Department of Justice and as a judicial law clerk for the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands.
Admitted to practice in Georgia and the Virgin Islands, Alisha is president-elect of the Virgin Islands Bar Association.
She earned a bachelor’s degree from Agnes Scott College before earning her J.D. from Washburn University School of Law.
Alisha is a National Conference of Bar Presidents Diversity Scholar and serves on its Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee
