Daniel Cook

Daniel Cook works with both large and small government contractors across a variety of sectors.

Daniel regularly works on government contracts litigation issues including bid protests and contract disputes and has represented clients before the US Government Accountability Office, the US Court of Federal Claims, the US Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals and the Boards of Contract Appeals.

Daniel also counsels companies on various government contracts issues including subcontracting, contract bid and proposal reviews and regulatory compliance.

Daniel additionally has experience in international government contracting including issues involving the World Trade Organization’s Agreement on Government Procurement, the World Bank procurement system, Foreign Military Sales and Foreign Military Financing.
