Thomas Suh is co-founder and COO of LegalMation. He brings a unique combination of legal and business experience to the Company. Most recently, he served as the managing partner of LTL Attorneys LLP, a nationally recognized litigation boutique based in California. Thomas co-founded several technology-leveraging companies including a business process outsourcing service focused on providing back office support to accounting firms. He also served as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte where he provided strategic consulting services to multinational companies. In the early 2000s, Thomas served as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of DestinationRx (now DRX and part of Connecture, NASDAQ: CNXR). During the same time period, Thomas also served as a Project Director at an early-stage venture capital firm and technology incubator, where he helped launch numerous “dot-com” startups in various industries. He received his J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
