Dr. Dora Schriro has served as senior advisor to Department of Homeland Security Secretary Napolitano and was the first director of the Office of Detention Policy and Planning within Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Dr Schriro has spent her career running jails and prisons and is now an advocate in the area of immigration.
