Deborah Wolfe has been licensed to practice law in California since 1981, and in Arizona since 1982. She frequently lectures on topics related to legal malpractice and ethics, and is currently a member of the San Diego County Bar Association Legal Ethics Committee, on which she has served for the past three years. Ms. Wolfe served as Chair of the Legal Malpractice Law Advisory Commission to the State Bar of California from 2010 through 2013, and she has authored articles in legal ethics in the San Diego Lawyer magazine, the County Bar weekly newsletter, and on the San Diego County Bar Association’s website. Currently, in addition to client representation in legal malpractice matters, Ms. Wolfe acts as a trial consultant to other attorneys and as an expert witness in the areas of ethics and civil litigation.
