I concentrate my practice in mediation and complex commercial litigation. Having completed over 500 mediation cases, I represent plaintiffs or defendants in significant cases in both state and federal court. My practice specializes in complex business litigation, employment, commercial and personal injury litigation.
I am honored to be a member of The American College of Trial Lawyers, a fellowship of exceptional trial lawyers of diverse backgrounds from the United States and Canada. Fellowship is extended only by invitation, after careful investigation, to those experienced trial lawyers who have mastered the art of advocacy and whose professional careers have been marked by the highest standards of ethical conduct, professionalism, civility, and collegiality. Membership is limited to the top 1% of lawyers in each state.
