Greg Lambert is the chief knowledge services officer at Jackson Walker and is the president of American Association of Law Libraries. Over the previous eight years, he was the manager of the King & Spalding library and records department, but was allowed to expand the capabilities of his position by being able to work across departments and create fantastic new products that help coordinate information between the library, records, KM, marketing, client growth and the rest of the partnership. He received an award along the way from AALL and Thomson Reuters for best use of technology.
As a side project, Greg co-blogs with a couple of other Law Firm Administrative folks on 3 Geeks and a Law Blog. They discuss a number of issues on the business of running a law firm as a business.
