Alia Luria is managing partner at LNK Law, PLLC. Prior to entering the legal field, Alia had a career working for multiple startup companies as a web developer and software engineer. Alia’s law practice focuses on all manner of transactional representation for creatives, professionals, technologists and entrepreneurs, including legal advisory, corporate governance, agreement review and negotiation, acquisition of rights, and licensing transactions.
