Chris Yook is a senior associate in the Antitrust practice of King & Spalding. He advises clients on the antitrust implications of strategic business decisions, including obtaining regulatory approvals for mergers and acquisitions across multiple jurisdictions. He also represents clients in government antitrust enforcement actions and complex civil litigation, including some of the largest class actions and multi-district litigation matters. He has been named a “Rising Star” for antitrust litigation in the 2016 and 2017 editions of Washington SuperLawyers. Chris holds leadership roles in bar associations and has been recognized for his pro bono activities, including selection for the Hurricane Katrina Honor Roll from the American Association of Law Schools for his volunteer work in New Orleans, Louisiana. He clerked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland while in law school.
