As EVP and general counsel for Adobe, Mike Dillon is responsible for the company’s global legal affairs, public policy, privacy and compliance operations. His background is comprised of a broad spectrum of corporate legal experience in both established and emerging growth companies. Prior to joining Adobe in August 2012, Mike was general counsel of Silver Spring Networks, a networking solutions provider, helping it prepare for its IPO. Before joining Silver Spring Networks, he spent 14 years with Sun Microsystems, through to its acquisition by Oracle, serving as general counsel from 2004 to 2010. He also served as general counsel of ONI Systems, an optical networking company from 1999-2002, supporting its IPO and sale to Ciena Corporation.
