Pat Monks is an attorney at Monks Law Firm and the founder member of the Municipal Justice Bar of Texas founded in 1992. He’s also a current board member of the American Pre Paid legal services institute. He also is an active member of the Texas Motorist Transportation association of Houston. He was the past president of the Harris County Municipal Justice Bar Association, and current president of the Group Legal Services Association which is part of the American Bar Association.
