Brett Bartlett

Brett Bartlett is a partner with Seyfarth Shaw in Atlanta, where he chairs the office’s Labor and Employment Department. He also co-chairs the firm’s national Wage and Hour Litigation Practice Group and is a member of Seyfarth’s national Labor Employment Leadership Team. An attorney with nearly 20 years’ experience, Brett’s focus on defending clients in nationwide, business-model-impacting employee-pay litigation, and helping businesses avoid it, has allowed him to partner with key clients in the past decade as they survey the legal landscape’s horizon and develop strategies to stay ahead of risks caused by changing regulations, statutes and activist court rulings. He also devotes considerable time to forecasting staffing needs that can allow law firms and lawyers to keep pace with their clients’ strategic needs.
