At the Evolve Law Summit in New York City, the attendees were investors, entrepreneurs, and strategic partners. Different than many conferences and meetings, attendance was exclusive and by invitation only. The goal was to create an environment where everyone could meet, collaborate, and create future investments and partnerships. In this report from On The Road, Evolve Law co-founder Jules Miller interviews Sandeep Joshi of iManage and Lecia Kaslofsky of FactBox who recently had a strategic meeting at the Evolve Law Summit. Sandeep Joshi is the vice president of Business and Corporate Development at iManage. Prior to that, he was vice president of Channel Sales & Alliances at Hewlett-Packard, director of Global Technology Alliances at Interwoven, and senior consultant at KPMG.

Lecia Kaslofsky is founder and chief executive officer of FactBox. Prior to that, she founded the investment arm of the first OCC-regulated Internet Bank and was president of Via Search Consulting.
