Thomas Moriarty is Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer and General Counsel for CVS Health. In this role since October 2012, Moriarty leads the company’s enterprise strategy and corporate development, pharma trade relations, retail pharmacy reimbursement, legal and regulatory teams. Moriarty also serves as Chairman of the Board of Red Oak Sourcing, Inc., the global generics sourcing venture formed with Cardinal Health. A seasoned executive with many years of experience integrating strategy and corporate development with legal, regulatory and government affairs, Moriarty most recently served as General Counsel at the Celgene Corporation, a biopharmaceutical company, where he was responsible for global legal strategy and served on the company’s Management Committee.
