After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, and law degree from NYU Law, Andrew Dick spent several years as a transactional associate at the international law firms of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP. During his time at these esteemed law firms, Andrew advised Fortune 100 companies, private equity and venture capital firms, as well as entrepreneurs and start-up businesses, on a variety of commercial transactions and general corporate matters. In 2013, Andrew founded Headlands Law Group in order to continue to provide the same top quality legal service in a boutique law firm setting. Additionally, Andrew is the founder of Select Counsel, an attorney network consisting of similarly experienced solo practitioners, which facilitates cross-referrals and broader resources among the attorney members and offers clients a convenient way to search for qualified attorneys across a range of practice areas.
