Jim Steele is a Member at Carr Maloney, PC in Washington, D.C. who counsels insurers on complex coverage matters and litigates coverage matter disputes. Jim litigates and arbitrates coverage cases for insurance companies involving construction mishaps, professional liability claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist policy provisions, subrogation claims, third-party additional-insured disputes, lead paint exclusions, and other insurance provisions. He was elected President of the D.C. Defense Lawyers’ Association from 2010 to 2011 and served on its Board of Directors from 2012 to 2015.
