Kevin Martin

Kevin P. Martin’s practice involves high stakes appeals and trials before federal and state courts and administrative agencies, with a focus on matters presenting complex constitutional and administrative law issues, as well as questions of federal preemption. Prior to joining Goodwin Procter, Kevin clerked not only for Justice Antonin Scalia on the United States Supreme Court, but also Judge Laurence Silberman on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
