Joseph E. Allman is an experienced trial lawyer who represents injured individuals in personal injury, products liability, construction accidents, federal workers’ compensation, social security disability and black lung cases. He is also experienced in labor and employment law, representing unions and employees in employment litigation in state and federal court.
